Our annual ride to remember Tate Meintjes, who left us too early on March 12, 2019, will be this Saturday.

This is a laid-back and informal gathering to remember our friend Tate.

There are two meeting location options to participate in this ride:

If you are in decent shape and would like to take on the longer ride, we will leave from the Reno Softball Complex off of N. Virginia St., just north of the University at 9 AM.

That group will head up Evans Canyon and meet the later group at the Hoge Road trail head by the towers.

If you are looking for a shorter ride, the Evans Canyon group will start from Hoge Rd between 9:45 AM and 10 AM. At approximately 10 a.m. the whole group will leave Hoge Rd and head up Total Recall trail to the first snowboard bench, where we will regroup and hang out for a bit.

The plan is for the whole group to descend back to the Hoge Road trailhead, where drinks and treats will be available.
