Boca Reservoir to Squaw Valley Ride with the Procrastinating Pedalers.
Weather this week is warm for December it is predicted to be above 60 in Truckee this week. This is an opportunity to do a last for winter run from the Boca Reservoir to Squaw Valley. We climb the warm up hill to Hirschdale Rd, proceed down Dorchester Way and run up the Truckee Legacy Bike trail for several miles along the Truckee River. Then we ride up E River St to Hwy 89 for an 8 mile run at slight uphill grade to Squaw Valley Rd for the last couple miles to a relaxing rest stop.

Ride Rating: B-The ride is 42.3 miles and 2100 feet of elevation gain
Everyone must sign the sign-up sheet no later than 10:55 am. Check posting two hours before ride time for weather-related and other changes. Helmets are required and bikes must be in good working order. Be prepared with a spare tube and pump/CO2. For everyone's safety, we do not allow ear buds, headphones, or Class 2 E-Bikes (a bicycle with a motor that engages without pedaling).
